Hypnos AI – 30-Day Refund Policy (Terms and Conditions)



This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients may be eligible for a refund of their

monthly service fee

within 30 calendar days of onboarding. This policy is designed to ensure mutual accountability and successful implementation of the Hypnos AI Voice Agent system.




1. Non-Refundable Setup Fee


All setup fees are

non-refundable

under any circumstances. This fee covers onboarding, configuration, voice scripting, integrations, and initial deployment work performed by our team.




2. Eligibility for Monthly Fee Refund


Clients are eligible for a

100% refund of the monthly usage fee

if all of the following criteria are met within 30 calendar days of onboarding:




WEEK 1 – Onboarding & Setup


Completion of a kickoff call with the Hypnos AI onboarding team.Submission of all required credentials and business details, including:Admin logins to calendars or CRM (if applicable)Call forwarding numbers or Twilio credentialsBusiness hours, services, and FAQ contentApproval of the initial voice script and call flow.Completion of at least one internal test call with the voice agent.




WEEK 2 – Activation & Feedback


Hypnos AI must be actively handling live customer interactions.Client must participate in a brief performance check-in call with the Hypnos AI support team.A minimum of 10 real interactions (calls, bookings, or lead captures) must be logged.Constructive feedback must be submitted to allow for improvement.




WEEK 3 – Optimization


The client must continue active usage of Hypnos AI.The Hypnos AI team will apply voice flow and performance optimizations based on real-world data.Client must submit any missed intents or improvement requests, if applicable.Optional optimization call to review progress.




WEEK 4 – Final Review & Refund Window


A final review call must be completed to assess outcomes and overall satisfaction.If, after this review, the client is not satisfied, a refund request must be submitted in writing within the 30-day window.




3. Refund Process


Approved refunds apply only to the monthly usage fee, not the setup fee.Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.Refund requests must be submitted to:[email protected] and by phone 201-800-4647




4. Disqualification


Clients who fail to complete the outlined steps in weeks 1–4 are not eligible for a refund. No partial refunds will be issued for incomplete or interrupted usage.




5. Modifications


Hypnos AI reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time, with written notice to active clients.
